Rhinoplasty
Changing the shape or size of your nose may be something you have wanted to do for a long time, or maybe you have already undergone a rhinoplasty procedure and are not pleased with your results. Dr. DiGregorio can help you achieve the look you have envisioned.
Rhinoplasty can make a nose larger or smaller and can adjust the shape of the bridge, tip, or nostrils. The procedure can also correct crookedness, injuries, and breathing abnormalities that arise due to problems with the internal structures of the nose. During the rhinoplasty procedure, which is performed under either general or local anesthesia, discreet incisions are made along the rims of the nostrils. By placing the incisions inconspicuously, there should be virtually no visible scarring. If the nose is being made smaller, the cartilage is carefully fractured and reset. If a bump is being removed, the excess cartilage is scraped away. Depending on the individual, rhinoplasty takes one to two hours to complete, and complete recovery takes up to a month. Facelift

Facelift is a surgical procedure designed to eliminate face and neck wrinkles simultaneously, thereby rejuvenating the skin and restoring your youthful appearance.
Facelift starts with discreet incisions made along the hairline, by the ear, on the chin, or along the earlobe. Next, excess skin is lifted and removed. The remaining skin is then smoothed, tightened, and secured with sutures or small metal clips. Depending on the condition of your skin and your desired results, the procedure may take up to three hours. Side effects may include swelling, numbness, bruising, and tightness, but most patients report little pain and only minor discomfort. Blepharoplasty (Cosmetic/Reconstructive Eyelid Lift Surgery)
Drooping or puffy eyelids can make you appear tired or older than your true age. Cosmetic/reconstructive eyelid lift surgery, or blepharoplasty, can restore the skin around your eyes to its natural, youthful appearance and drastically reduce the signs of aging. In some cases, it can even improve vision impaired by sagging lids.
The blepharoplasty procedure begins with a small incision made along the eyelid. Excess fat, muscle, and skin are then trimmed away from the eyelid. This outpatient procedure typically takes one to three hours and is performed under anesthesia. Following surgery, side effects such as dry eyes, swelling, bruising, and sensitivity to light may occur, but these fade within about 10 days.
