44 year old woman who desires breast augmentation after two pregnancies and breast feeding. Her problem typical of women in this circumstance is loss of volume and drooping. In post op photos, note natural appearance and elevation of nipple after subglandular placement of implant rather than than typical submuscular placement of implant.
